These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands.

Substance Exchange will not be liable for any damages or losses, whether partial or total, that you may incur as a result of trading on our platform. This includes, but is not limited to, losses resulting from force majeure events such as delays in block production on the Arbitrum or Zeta network, network outages, errors in oracle price feeds, hacking attacks, AWS server service interruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. These incidents may lead to the partial or total loss of assets or positions held by users on the exchange, and Substance Exchange assumes no responsibility for such losses.
